Sundried Tomato Dip

This is great at a snack to keep you going until dinner. If your baby is anything like mine and loves tomato it is quite likely your baby will love this dip. I is great for dipping chips or biscuits. Ou can even cut some raw veg to make crudités and dip them in this yummy dip :)


Ingredients

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
3 tbsp low fat cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup fat free Greek yoghurt
1tbsp reduced oil mayonnaise
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
1/4 cup fresh basil

Method


In a food processor, mix the sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Process until well-blended. Add basil, and continue processing until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
